When you chat with the Stay Assistant, your messages are sent to an AI service that generates answers from the content your host has published. Your host can review these conversationsto understand what guests need and improve the guidebook. We don't use your messages for advertising or sell them to anyone.
So your stay details work even with a weak signal, your browser stores a copy of the guidebook and your recent chat on your own device. This is cleared automatically a short time after your stay ends, and you can remove it sooner by clearing your browser data for this site.
Your guidebook is accessible only while your guidebook is active. Guidebook and chat data are retained for your host's records and removed in line with their settings and our retention practices.
